I am most appreciative of the physical therapy prescribed by James Kinton and carried out by Courtney DeShong and Deb Peters. The range of motion goals were met within a one month period, which I understand is half the time normally needed for partial knee replacement. All three named were professional and friendly in every aspect of my encounters. I will make an effort to recommend Richards Orthopaedic Center Physical Therapy whenever I can, based on my excellent experience.
Partial Knee Replacement PT
Unintimidating, friendly environment and personnel...not overly crowded and you are not treated like a number but as a person. The front check out window needs more space to write on.
I just want to thank Dr. Katherine Cashdollar and her staff for the excellent treatment that was given to me for my ankle injury. Everyone was very nice and professional with a caring attitude. Again, thanks so much for the excellent service.
On March 3, 2015, I had a total knee replacement in my left knee. Dr. Robert Richards, Jr. performed the surgery and Shannon Alloway did the follow-up visits. Both were exceptional. I also did the required physical therapy at Richards Orthopaedic Center. While the surgery wasn't pleasant, the services provided by Richards Orthopaedic Center's staff was outstanding. Everything from the scheduling, (Toni Hockenberry), X-ray, and folks at the front desk were awesome. In addition, the folks who assisted me in physical therapy, (Jim and Courtney) are to be commended for being friendly, firm and understanding during what can be a painful process!
Just want to let the staff at Richards Orthopaedic Center and Sports Medicine know how much my wife and I appreciate what you have done for us. Eileen had an unusual ankle problem for a couple of years and finally decided to see a doctor. I e-mailed Cindy Richards, and within a few hours, Dr. Robert Richards called me, while on his vacation, to see what kind of problem Eileen was having with her ankle. He called his office to get my wife an appointment, ASAP, with Dr. Karli Richards, DPM, one of their foot and ankle specialists. After an examination and reviewing her X-rays, Dr. Karli decided that Eileen should see a specialist at the Hershey Medical Center. She recommended Dr. Juliano. It took us a few months to see Dr. Juliano, but the wait was well worth it. Eileen had major surgery on her ankle this summer. After three months I can say that the surgery was a success. We just wanted to commend the Richards Orthopaedic Group for their quick, professional service and excellent referral to the Hershey Medical Center. If we ever have any future orthopedic problems, we would see the doctors at ROC and highly recommend the excellent patient care at Richards Orthopaedic Center and Sports Medicine.
